Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 15-day easy return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 15 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Cancellation policy
- ✅ Cancellations are accepted before dispatch only
- ✅ To cancel, call 0183-500-5279 or 6283935011 during store hours (11am – 7pm)
- ✅ Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — customers may then refer to the Return & Exchange Policy
- ✅ Optionally, add an email or WhatsApp contact as an additional cancellation channel for convenience
