1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship via leading courier partners including SHIPROCKET depending on your delivery location to ensure the fastest possible service.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Note: Actual delivery time may vary due to courier constraints, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders above ₹1499. Below that, a flat ₹80 shipping fee is charged.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): FREE

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

  • COD is available on most pincodes across India.

  • In rare cases (remote locations or high return zones), we may request prepayment.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email.

  • You can also track your order here using your Order ID and registered mobile/email.
